It all started on the grass
Magno Marbella is born: management and lifestyle for elite footballers and athletes, from European football to the NBA or boxing. Pioneers of individualized training in Marbella when that culture did not exist.
We cover everything the athlete needs in Marbella: the full logistics of holidays and individual training with licensed coaches, analysts, psychologists, physios and fitness trainers with a past at top European clubs; stays, vehicles, reservations. Everything. That closeness and discretion turned every summer into a relationship.

From managing the environment to managing the career: the players themselves asked us for direct representation and intermediation. SCM Sports Agency is born, as a boutique: few players, the full method.
Today we are 10 full-time agents, more than 15 scouts worldwide and UEFA Pro licensed analysts, with the Costa del Sol as our base and all of Europe as our market.
The proof
The proof is not numbers: it is careers. Iker Pozo went from free agent to an international transfer in two years. Orel Mangala and Frederik Kondogbia compete at the European elite level. And our roster is public.
