2. What data we collect
Through the contact forms on the website we collect:
- First name and surname.
- Email address.
- Telephone number, if the user chooses to provide it.
- Profile of the data subject (player, family, club) or type of service requested.
- Any free text the user writes in the message field.
No special categories of data are collected. Please do not include medical information, sensitive contractual information or third-party data in the message field.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with the data provided through the website.
4. How long we keep it
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship is retained for 12 months and then erased. If a service relationship begins, the data is retained for as long as that relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
5. Who we share it with
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. The following may access it as data processors, under a written contract for that purpose:
- The web hosting provider (GitHub, Inc.) and the email providers used by each brand.
- The tax and accounting advisers, where a contractual relationship exists.
If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
Any person may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@scmsportsagency.com, providing proof of identity.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have not been properly respected.
7. Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not install third-party cookies for those purposes.
Only the browser's local storage is used, to remember the selected language. This is a technical preference that does not identify the user, is not transmitted to any server and can be deleted from the browser settings.
The fonts are hosted on the website itself, so browsing does not generate connections to third-party servers. If analytics or third-party pixels are added in the future, a prior consent banner will be implemented.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect the data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Discretion is a core commitment of both brands, particularly in the processing of data relating to professional athletes and private clients.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or in the services provided. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the document.
